We have optimized our transportation process so as to make it really easy for both customers and our dispatchers to track every delivery order.
1. We accept your transport order
The whole transport process begins with the acceptance of the customer request which will be processed as soon as possible by our employees.
2. Choosing the best way of transport
Our operations department accepts the customer’s requirements and immediately begins to seek the best options for transport that meets their needs.
3. We send the offer within 15 minutes
The client receives the first offer within 15 minutes after the request has been received.
4. Confirmation of the offer by the client
After the client has approved our offer, we begin to organize the process of transportation.
5. Transportation of the goods
The standard process of transportation follows – the carriers arrive at the place of loading the goods, after which they transport it to the place agreed in advance.
6. Invoices for transport
After the goods are delivered, the carrier will send the documents for the transport service together with the invoice, which we will send to the customer after its processing.
